The building

The clinic

3,100 square feet on one floor with four private adjusting rooms, a separate soft-tissue room, a rehabilitation floor with mats, bands and rollers, a traction table room, and a quiet recovery nook with a chair and a glass of water for anyone who wants five minutes before they go back out into the day.

What is in it

Six spaces, each doing one job properly rather than one room doing four badly.

  • Four private adjusting rooms

One per chiropractor, so nobody works in a corridor and nobody is treated behind a curtain. Each has a drop-piece table — a table with sections that release a short distance under pressure, which lets a chiropractor use much less force than a hands-only technique needs.

  • A soft-tissue room

Dimmed, quiet and set up for an hour rather than ten minutes, for massage and for the slower myofascial work. Separate from the adjusting rooms because the two jobs want completely different lighting and completely different noise.

  • The rehabilitation floor

Mats, resistance bands, rollers, a stability ball, a step and enough clear floor to watch somebody squat, hinge, lunge and walk. Most of what actually fixes people gets taught in this room.

  • A traction room

A motorised table that applies slow, controlled lengthening through the lower back or the neck. It is comfortable, it is boring, and it suits some disc-related problems well and others not at all.

  • A posture and movement bay

A plain marked panel and a camera position, so we can look at how you stand and how you move and show you the difference eight weeks later rather than ask you to remember it.

  • A recovery nook

One chair, a glass of water and no clock. Some people want to sit for five minutes after a treatment before walking back out onto 61st Street, and there should be somewhere to do that.

No manufacturer is named on this page. We have deliberately not named a single manufacturer anywhere on this page. Equipment brands get named on clinic websites to borrow authority from them, and the tables and instruments in this building are ordinary professional kit that any clinic can buy. What matters is who is standing next to the table.

Getting here

Three minutes from the 7 train

Three minutes' walk from the 61st Street–Woodside station — the 7 train, the Long Island Rail Road, and the Q32, Q60, Q66 and Q70 buses all stop within a block. There is metered parking on 61st Street and a short loading bay outside the door. The entrance is step-free, the treatment rooms are on one level, and there is a bench by the door if you need a minute before you come in.

  • Step-free entrance from the street, no lip and no step.
  • Every treatment room on one level — no stairs anywhere in the clinic.
  • An accessible toilet with grab rails and a step-free approach.
  • Chairs with arms in the waiting area, which matters more than people think.
  • A short loading bay outside the door for drop-off.
  • Metered parking on 61st Street, and a bench by the entrance.

A fee agreed before the visit, not after it

Book an appointment

Pick a chiropractor and an hour from the calendar — it shows only the times each of them genuinely has free. A first visit is a full hour and costs $95 for the examination on its own, or $145 if we treat you at the same appointment. You decide which after the examination, not before.
