Some back and neck pain needs a doctor today, not a chiropractor. Some back and neck pain is not a case for a chiropractor and needs a doctor the same day. Go to an emergency room, not to us, if you have numbness in the groin or inner thighs, if you have lost control of your bladder or bowels, if a leg is becoming weak rather than just painful, if the pain followed a serious fall or a car crash, if you have a fever with back pain, if you have unexplained weight loss alongside it, if you have a history of cancer, or if a headache came on suddenly and is the worst you have ever had. We would rather you rang your doctor and never rang us at all.

Which chiropractor?
Each keeps their own book and their own room. If you are not sure, choose any available and the calendar will show every free hour across all four.
Which day?
Days with an hour still free are shown in white with a dot. Everything else is either outside the working week, fully booked, or already past.
Which hour?
Your details
We need a name, a telephone number and an email address — the email is where your confirmation and your reminder go, and the telephone number is how we reach you if something changes.
That hour is yours
Bring a list of your medications, anything you already have from a doctor, your insurance card if you have one, and clothes you can move in. Arrive about ten minutes early the first time — there is paperwork, and doing it at the desk beats doing it in the room with the clock running. Everything else is on the first visit page.
Before you book
A first visit is an hour, and it costs $95 or $145
$95 covers the consultation and examination on their own. $145 covers the same hour with treatment at the same appointment. You decide which of those it is after the examination rather than before it, and some first visits sensibly end without any treatment at all because the examination changed what we thought.
Follow-up visits are $65 and run about twenty minutes. There are no packages to buy, no plan to sign, and no discount for committing to a block — a discount for committing is a reason to keep coming that has nothing to do with your back. Every fee is listed on the fees page, and how insurance actually works here is on the insurance page.
Questions
Booking — the questions we are asked most
How does the online calendar know what is free?
It reads the same schedule the chiropractor keeps. Each of them sets their own working days and hours, their lunch break, and any hours they have blocked out — and every appointment already booked, whether it came from this page or from a telephone call, removes that hour from the calendar immediately. So an hour showing on screen is an hour that is genuinely free.
Why can I not book an appointment for later today?
Each chiropractor sets a minimum notice period, usually a couple of hours, so that nobody is booked into a slot they are already standing in. Past hours and anything inside that notice window drop off the calendar automatically as the day goes on. If you need to be seen today and nothing is showing, ring the clinic — we keep same-day slots back for exactly this.
What happens after I book?
You get an email straight away with the details and two links: one to confirm the appointment and one to cancel it. If you booked more than a day ahead you also get a reminder the evening before. Confirming takes one click and it simply tells us to expect you.
What if I do not confirm?
Nothing is cancelled. The appointment stays exactly where it is and shows on the chiropractor's calendar as unconfirmed, which usually means somebody rings you the morning of. Only you can cancel your appointment — not confirming is not a cancellation, and we will not give your slot away because you did not click a link.
Can I cancel online?
Yes, using the cancel link in any of the emails, at any point up until the appointment starts. Once the appointment time has passed the link stops working — past appointments cannot be cancelled online, which is deliberate. If you need to talk to us about a visit that has already happened, ring the clinic.
Do I have to pick a particular chiropractor?
No. Choose “any available” and the calendar shows every free hour across all four books, then tells you who each one belongs to before you confirm. If you would rather see somebody specific — because of what you are coming in with, or because you have seen them before — pick them and you will see only their hours.
Chiropractic care is not a substitute for medical diagnosis. Chiropractic care is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, and nothing on this website is medical advice for your particular problem. We are not physicians: we do not prescribe medication, we do not perform surgery, and we do not treat disease. What we do is examine how your spine and joints move, work on them by hand, and give you something to do between visits. If your problem turns out to be outside that, we say so and refer you — which happens often enough that you should expect it as a normal outcome rather than a failure.
Or simply ring us
Would rather talk to somebody?
Ring the clinic and we will book you in, tell you which of the four is the right person for what you have, and answer anything you want to ask first. If your back went this morning, say so when you ring — we keep same-day slots back across the week for exactly that.
